You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be;
- Unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. This includes both odor, stains or any other malfunction.
- Your item must be in the original packaging and contain its original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges: If your product didn't fit the way you wanted it to, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will make sure to help you find the perfect fit and exchange your purchase with a smile. If you're based in Copenhagen we offer free fittings in our office. If this has interest, please shoot us a message on firstname.lastname@example.org or over instagram and we will book a time for you!
Return: What a shame it didn't work out! Please ship your product to our office (or drop it off in our reception) where the item it will undergo a quality check. Following the check, you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved you will be issued a full refund to your credit card. You will be credited within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
