INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You can expect to receive your purchase within 10 business days - this can vary slightly depending on your exact location. The parcel will usually be shipped to you by UPS (if other shipping methods are available they will show at checkout). You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online underwear shopping is a complicated matter and we're here to help you out! Below you'll find a brief overview of our returns and exchanges policies. Please reach out to us on: firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions!
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be;
- Unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. This includes both odor, stains or any other malfunction.
- Your item must contain its original receipt or proof of purchase - but feel free to keep the postcards and stickers!
Exchanges: If your product didn't fit the way you wanted it to, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll help you find your perfect fit and exchange your purchase with a smile. If you already know what you want simply attach a small note in your returnpackage describing what you'd like exchanged.
If you're based in Copenhagen we offer free fittings in our office. If this has interest to you, simply shoot us a message on email@example.com and we will book a time for you! We can only host fittings if they have been booked per email in advance.
Return: What a shame it didn't work out! Please ship your product to our office (or drop it off at the reception) where the item it will undergo a quick quality check. Following the check, you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved you will be issued a full refund to your credit card. You will be credited within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The customer is responsible for return expenses. The package must be sent to the address below - not to a service point.
